Alright

Vancouver, I can feel your hate for Duncan Keith in Chicago right now. And I do see your point of being pissed, being that Sedin is one of your best players and Keith’s hit could have been a little different. But, Sedin did hit him first and even as a Vancouver fan, you have to admit that Keith’s track record is pretty damn clean. It’s not like it’s every damn game in the season that he is going for other guys’ heads. And I honestly think that as a Chicago fan, I’m being pretty fair with Canucks fans, especially since I really dislike you (and be honest, you dislike us too, so don’t go taking offense to this). All in all, I think yes the hit could have been avoided, but I don’t think that’s a reason to go out and post how Keith needs to be suspended for a long period of time.   If you guys had a guy with a damn clean track record and he did this to a Hawks player, you’d be saying the same thing.

And I have a lot of respect for Sedin too, even if I don’t like your team. So I do wish him the best of luck, and a speedy recovery.

Just watched a video on YouTube. Makes me think of our Hawks.

“Great moments are born from great opportunity. You shouldn’t have any doubt in your mind about what you’re supposed to do tonight, and about how you’re supposed to do it. This is your time. Now, I don’t want them to gain another yard. We gotta go out there, and we gotta take it! You take their game and you shove it, right back in their faces. That’s how winning is done. A team is something you belong to, something you feel, it’s something you have to earn. If we don’t come together, it’s over. And I guarantee a week won’t go by in your life where you won’t regret walking out, letting them get the best of you. I’ll ask you one last time, to be the best you can be, PLAY like champions. WIN. It’s about heart, it’s about who can go out there and play the hardest. It’s about how hard you can get hit, and keep moving forward. I don’t care what the scoreboard says, at the end of the game. In my book, we’re gonna be winners. In any fight, it’s the guy who’s willing to die, willing to take the hit, who’s gonna win that inch. Lemme tell you something, you don’t let anything, nothing, come between us. On this team, we fight. AND WE SHUT THEM DOWN, BECAUSE WE CAN.”
